摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变作为糖尿病的一种严重并发症,可能导致严重的视力下降或丧失。核转录因子(nuclearfactorkB,NF-κB)作为一个重要的多向性核转录因子,在细胞凋亡和新生血管过程中能调节众多细胞因子和分子的表达。探讨NF-κB在糖尿病视网膜病变的发生、发展过程中的作用,可以使我们更好地从分子生物学的角度理解糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制,为其预防和治疗提供思路。现就NF-κB在糖尿病视网膜病变各个环节中的作用进行综述。Diabetic retinopathy is a serious comphcation of diabetes mellitus, which leads to vision loss or even blindness. NF-κB is a vital mnltifunetion nuclear transcription factor and plays a key role in modulating the expression of many cytnkines and molecules in apoptosis and angiogenesis Investigating the involvement of NF-κB in the onset and development of diabetic retinopatlry is critical in gaining a better understanding of the molecular pathogenesis of diabetic rerinopathy, which, in turn, expands the clinical approach to prevention and treatment. This paper reviews the role of NF-κB in diabetic retinopathy.
