摘　　要：目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2、MMP-9及其组织抑制物TIMP-2、TIMP-1在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达,及其间比值与宫颈鳞癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法:应用RT-PCR技术检测33例宫颈鳞癌和30例慢性宫颈炎组织中MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-2、TIMP-1mRNA表达水平。结果:(1)MMP-2、MMP-9在宫颈鳞癌组织中表达高于慢性宫颈炎组织,其表达值随癌的分期、病理分级的增高及淋巴结的浸润和转移而升高,TIMP-2、TIMP-1的表达则相反(P<0·01)。(2)宫颈鳞癌组织的分期、病理分级与MMPs/TIMPs值成正相关。结论:MMP-2,MMP-9,TIMP-2,TIMP-1的表达与宫颈鳞癌的发生发展密切相关,MMPs/TIMPs可能是评价宫颈鳞癌分期和病理分级的—个可靠指标。Objective： To investigate the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2）, matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （TIMP-2） , tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1 （TIMP-1） protein in the tissues of cervical carcinoma and their correlations with the metastasis and infiltration of cancers. Methods：The expressions of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-2, TIMP-1 proteins were observed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） technique in 30 cases of chronic servicitis tissues and 33 cases of cervical carcinoma tissues. Results： The expression levels of MMP-2, MMP-9 in cervical carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in the chronic servicitis group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; it become higher associated with the increasing of clinical stages and pathological grades and nodal metastasis. Otherwise, the expression levels of TIMP- 2 ,TIMP-1 in cervical carcinoma tissues were significantly lower than those in chronic servicitis group （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; The MMP/TIMP ratios were increased with the stage of cervical squamous carcinoma. Conclusion：The MMP-2, MMP-9 proteins and TIMP-2, TIMP-1 protains may act as an index to indicate the process of the infiltration and metastasis in cervical squamous carcinoma.
