摘　　要：以相转移催化法使α－溴代乙酰基葡萄糖和α－溴代乙酰基木糖与５－取代－２－呋喃甲酸反应，合成了１３个未见文献报道的糖酯类化合物，其结构经ＩＲ，１ＨＮＭＲ和ＭＳ所证实．series of 1 O β D (5 substituted 2 furoyl) acetyl glucopyranose 3a～3g,and xylopyranose 3′c～3′h was synthesized by the reaction of 5 substituted 2 furancarboxylic acid 1(1a～1h) and 2,3,4,6 tetra O acetyl 1 bromo 1 deoxy α D glucopyranose 2a,or 2,3,4 tri O acetyl 1 bromo 1 deoxy α D xylopyranose 2b under phase transfer catalysis.Their structure was confirmed by IR, 1HNMR and MS.The preliminary antitumor tests showed that some of them had good inhabitory activities.
