后牙纵折保存治疗60例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨后牙纵折保存治疗的理想方法。方法对60颗纵折后牙立即复位环扎固定,经降颌,完善根管治疗后全冠修复,对就诊时间、根管治疗期间临时冠保护进行分析。结果54例成功,6例失败拔除,成功率为90%。治疗成功率与就诊时间、根管治疗期间临时冠保护有关。结论纵折后牙经早期固定,完善根管治疗可有效保存,并发挥正常咀嚼功能。Objective To study the ideal method for conservative therapies of posterior teeth with longitudinal fractures. Methods Records of 60 cases undergoing conservative treatment of posterior teeth with longitudinal fractures ,with immediate fixation,reducing masticatory area and appropriate root canal treatment were analyzed according to the time of treatment from fracture and temporary full crown rehabilitation during root canal treatment. Results 54 cases were conserved effectively,6 cases were extracted due to failure. The success rate was 90% which was realated to the time of treatment from fracture and temporary full crown rehabilitation during root canal treatment. Conclusion With immediate fixation and appropriate root canal treatment,the teeth can be conserved effectively and perform a good masticatory function.
