摘　　要：目的:观察后房型人工晶体双襻缝线固定术的手术方法及疗效。方法:观察22例(23眼)手术结果随访1-12个月。结果:术后视力≥0.5者72%。并发症主要为人工晶体偏心和倾斜。结论:后房型人工晶体双襻缝线固定术,对于无后囊膜或后囊膜破裂者是一种可行有效的术式。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of two sutures fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods：25 eyes of 24 cases were observed during the following -up of 1 - 12 momhs. Results： The visual acuity without correction was 0.5 or better in 18 eyes （72.0%）. The complication included the lens tilt and decentration. Conclusions： Our results showed that two sutures fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was feasible and effecive in the cases without posterior capsule or with posterior capsular rupture.
