诚信:商业社会和谐的核心伦理

摘　　要：诚信是社会的根本,和谐是社会的理想,对于商业社会尤其如此。商业社会的和谐有序需要诚信伦理的支撑。诚信伦理是契约化经济运行的保证,是实现主体经济利益的核心伦理,也是克服市场经济自身弱点的有效法则。当前,需要从改革旧体制、加强舆论宣传、健全法制、构建健全的信用体系等方面加强诚信伦理的建设。Good faith ethic is the foundation of society, and harmony is the ideal of society, especially in a business society. The orderly and harmonious business society needs the support of good faith＇s ethic. The good faith＇s ethic is the quarantee for the functioning of contractual economy,the essential ethic to realize the subject＇ s economic benefits,and the effective rule to overcome the weakness of market economy itself. So, the Construction of good faith＇s ethic needs strengthening through the reform of old system, the enhancing of publicity, the perfection of legal system and the building of credit system.
