摘　　要：社区参与是和谐社区建设的核心,社区参与机制的建立是必要的。它是推进基层民主政治的实践;是培养公民意识、培育市民社会、依法治国的必然选择;是中国传统文化和现代文化的碰撞和融合;是主体自由自觉的现代文化的体现。The community participation is the core of building the compatible community;it is necessary to establish the mechanism of community participation. The mechanism of community participation is the practice of pushing forward democracy at the grassroots level, and the inevitable choice for cultivating citizens＇ awareness and civic society as well as governing the country with law. Moreover,it is the collision and blend of Chinese traditional and modern cultures,and the embodiment of modern culture characterized by free and conscious subject.
