摘　　要：与国家机器一样,群众自治组织执行机构也会成为群众自治的异己力量,群众自治组织执行机构正由传统的行政化倾向向市场化倾向转换。It is same with the state apparatus, the implementing agency of populace autonomous organization also can become the populace autonomous dissident strength, the implementing agency of populace autonomous organization was carrying on transformation from the traditional administration tendency to the marketability tendency.
