摘　　要：科学技术的飞速发展与计算机技术的普及和运用。档案建立与管理工作正在发生着深刻地变化。以电子计算机为核心的各种数字化办公技术在现代档案管理工作中得到了广泛的使用。带给了我们在档案管理理念、管理形式和管理方法上的一种新的思考。With the rapid development of science and technology and the popularization and use of computer technology, the filing work and its management are experiencing a far-reaching change. Different kinds of digitalized office technology based on the computer science are widely used in the modem filing management, which brings us a new thinking in the idea, form and method in this field.
