摘  要:通过室内培养试验研究了1,3-二氯丙烯对土壤中脲酶和蔗糖酶活性的影响。结果表明,高剂量(200和500μg/g)1,3-二氯丙烯对土壤脲酶先表现为抑制作用,后表现为激活作用;低剂量(1、10、50、100μg/g)处理则表现为激活-抑制-激活作用,且抑制、激活程度及持续时间与处理浓度成正相关。各浓度1,3-二氯丙烯对土壤蔗糖酶活性影响的变化规律基本一致:处理后第1d均表现为激活作用,随培养时间延长,激活作用逐渐减弱,20d后蔗糖酶活性又有大幅增长趋势,至第30d达到最高点,40d后出现抑制作用。The effects of 1,3-dichloropropene on the activities of soil urease and invertase were studied in 1ab. The result showed that the effects of high concentrations(200,500μg/g)of 1,3-dichloropro- pene on the activities of soil urease were first inhibition and then stimulation. Low concentrations ( 1, 10,50,100 μg/g)of 1,3-dichloropropene showed stimulation-inhibition-stimulation. The level and sustained time of inhibition and stimulation were proportional to the concentrations of the treatment. The effects of all concentrations on the activities of soil invertase took the similar change regulation. It showed stimulation at 1 d after treatment. Along with the prolongation of the culture time, the stimulation activities got weaker gradually. After 20 d, the activities of soil invertase were in the direction of increasing and reached maximum value at 30 d after treatment, then showed inhibition after 40 d.
