摘 要:目的研究136株金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素噬菌体分型,探讨马鞍山市金黄色葡萄球菌分离株的肠毒素产生情况以及该菌在此地区的流行特点。方法运用m in iVIDAS全自动荧光免疫分析仪检测肠毒素,采用常规方法进行噬菌体分型。结果136株金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素检测中有106株为阳性,总阳性率77.9%;23种噬菌体分型有111株被分成12个型别,有90%是Ⅲ群,有25株用本次噬菌体系统无法分型,分辨率达81.6%。结论该地区产肠毒素的金黄色葡萄球菌占有很高的比率,以Ⅲ群噬菌体为主要流行株。Objective To investigate bacteriophage grouping and enterotoxin of 136 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and its distribution in Maanshan. Methods The toxin was detected by the miniVIDAS auto immunofluorescence analyzer and the phage was typed by the conventional technique. Results The toxin was isolated from 106 strains of staphylococcus aureus out of 136, accounted for77.9%. 111 strains were divided into 12 groups. Of them, 90% were in Ⅲ cluster. The rest could not be typed. The resolution reached 81.6%. Conclusion The Staphylococcus aureus isolates with enterotoxin accounted for high ratio and the phage of Ⅲ cluster is more predominant than that of other clusters in this area.
