发展现代远程教育 服务新农村建设

摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村是党中央为全面建设小康社会而采取的重大决策。利用电大现有的系统优势、资源优势、技术优势、管理优势和人才优势,实施教学站点建设工程、开放教育试点工程、“一村一大”工程和农民教育培训工程,打造资源丰富、服务优质、快速高效的农村现代远程教育公共服务平台,为新农村建设培养高素质的新型农民,形成推动新农村建设的不竭动力,是符合我国国情和我省省情的有效举措。It＇s a vital policy for constructing a well - off society in an all - around way to construct new socialistic countryside. It is an effective measures, which is suitable for our national conditions and provincial conditions, to implement the project of teaching station construction, project of experimental unit of open education, project of ＂one county, one university student＂ and that of education training for farmers, and to set up an effective public service platform for rural open education with plentiful resources and high - quality service through making full use of present systematic advantages, resource advantages, technological advantages, management advantages and human resource advantages. It will be beneficial for new countryside construction to cultivate a new type of farmers with high quality and to form an ever - lasting force.
