摘　　要：高校毕业生就业工作是社会关注的热点,是高校人才培养和办学水平的综合体现。其工作质量和效果是检验和反馈学校教育教学质量的重要指标。随着我国高等教育改革的不断深化,高校毕业生的就业形势发生了极大的变化。近年来高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,毕业生就业工作中亦暴露出不少问题。对此,我们必须认真分析目前高校毕业生就业市场的现状以及用人单位的选人标准,以期为高校毕业生就业市场的开拓提供切实有效的措施。Graduates＇ employment work is the focus which the society pays close attention to, and the university＇s personnel training and comprehensive embodiment of standard for running a school. Its work quality and result examines and feedbacks the teaching quality of school education, reflects the important index that the school meets the needs of society. With the constant promotion of higher educational reform of our country, graduates＇ employment situation has changed greatly. However, graduates employment situation is becoming severe in recent years, graduate exposes questions also in the employment work. As to this, we must analyze the current situation of graduates＇ careers market and standard of choosing of the employing unit at present conscientiously in order to provide the effective measure to develop the graduates＇ careers market.
