摘  要:目的了解中医医院人力资源管理现状。方法对样本单位进行调查表调查、院长访谈和员工座谈。结果中医医院卫生技术人员数量不足、护理人员严重缺乏、整体学历偏低、中医药人员比例不足:各中医医院在人力资源管理中普遍重视人才,在人才引进、培养、分配等方面取得一定成效,但也存在共性问题。建议合理配置人力资源,加强中医药人才队伍建设:多方努力,争取宽松的人事政策;强化人力资源管理意识,合理引进人力资源;构建培训机制,不断探索薪酬体制,建立科学的人力资源管理体系。Objective To know the current situation of the Human Resource (HR) management of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Hospitals. Methods Investigate the sample hospitals with survey forms, interview leaders and employees. Reselts Thevrevare several problems with the HR management in TCM Hospitals: a shortage of the health technical personnel, a serious lack of nurses, low degree for general and a small proportion of TCM personnel; most of the TCM Hospitals have paid great attention to talents and made certain progress on recruitment, training and distribution, but there are still some common problems. Propose-Allocate HR effectively and strengthen building of TCM talents team; try for human policy; intensify awareness of HR management, as welt as establish a scientific system including talent recruitment, training mechanism and salary system.
