前牙冠折即刻美容修复的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤所致前牙冠折即刻美容修复以恢复其外形和功能的可行性,总结复合树脂即刻美容修复前牙冠折临床效果。方法:根据前牙冠折的不同情况,采用活髓摘除、根管充填、置根管钉或直接置自攻自断螺纹钉,光固化复合树脂即刻美容修复冠折缺损部分。结果:前牙冠折即刻美容修复初期均有满意疗效,半年成功率为94.44%,1年为83.33%,2年为75.00%。结论:在适应证范围内,可以用即刻美容修复的方法治疗前牙冠折。Objective The probability of restoration for shape and function of traumatic anterior crowns. Methods Two different methods was adopted. One is of pulpectomy plus root filling and root pin. While the other is of self-broken screw pin combined with light-curing resin restoration. Results Success rate reaches up to 94.44% for half-year term, 83.33% foe one-year term and 75.00% for two-year term. Conclusion It is an appropriate choice foe fractured anterior tooth crown to utilize instant restoration.
