摘　　要：目的对辽宁省不同人群健康状况的自我评价进行调查,为制定疾病控制措施提供参考。方法采用随机分层抽样,对辽宁省4个大、中、小城市和农村居民及2个特大型国有企业职工进行问卷调查。结果37070名调查对象自我评价1年内总体健康状况良好率为53.4%。经年龄调整后,健康状况良好率男性高于女性。1年内未发生使正常生活受限的疾病者占52.7%,其中男性的比例为54.5%,女性的比例为50.5%。1年内未发生因病伤不能独自进行日常活动者占68.6%,其中男性的比例为70.9%,女性为66.3%,城市居民为69.8%,农村居民为64.7%。1年内使日常生活受限的前5种疾病及其患病率依次为胃病(9.5%)、高血压(8.0%)、冠心病(6.3%)、气管炎(5.1%)、骨质疏松症(3.7%)。结论辽宁省不同人群的健康状况存在差异,总体健康良好率不高。Objective To provide scientific data for making control measures of the diseases through the investigation and analysis on the status of health self-evaluation among the different crowd in Liaoning Province. Methods The ques- tionnaire survey was carried out in four cities, the rural residents and two especially big type state-own enterprise staff in Liaoning Province with the stochastic stratified sampling. Results 37 070 investigation objects evaluated themselves, and overall the good health rate in a year was 53.4 ~. After the age adjustment the state of the male good health rate was higher than the female＇s. In a year the patients whose normal lives were not limited accounted for 52.7%, and 54.5 %of them were males, 50.5% of them were females. In a year the patients who could not live alone and carry on their normal daily activities because of sickness and wound accounted for 68.6%, but the males were 70.9%, the females were 66. 3%, the citizens were 69.8 %, the country dwellers were 64.7 %. The first five diseases and prevalence rate which limit- ed person＇s normal lives in proper order were gastric disease （9.5 %）, hypertension （8.0 %）, coronary heart disease （6. 3 %）, tracheitis （5.1%）, osteoporosis （3.7 %）. Conclusion The health status among the different crowd of Liaoning Province exists the differentials, and the good health rate is not high overall.
