摘 要:在pH=8.2的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,钇与3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚配合物有一灵敏的极谱吸附波,其峰电位在-0.68V(vs,SCE),钇质量浓度在0.0008—53.5μg·mL^-1之间与峰电流呈线性关系,检出限为0.0004μg·mL^-1。经多种电化学方法证明该波为配合吸附波,其电极过程为不可逆过程,电子转移数为2,此外还试验了多种离子对峰电流Ip″的影响。所拟方法用于茶叶中钇的测定,结果满意。Yttrium( Ⅲ ) chelated with 3-thiazolylazo-5-amino phenol in the buffer solution of NH3-NH4Cl with pH 8.2 causes a sensitive polarographic absorbance at the potential of -0.68V( vs SCE). The first-order derivative peak current of the wave is linearly proportional to Yttrium mass concentration in the range of 0.000 8 -53.5 μg·mL^-1 for Yttrium( Ⅲ) (R^2 =0. 998 4)with a detection limit of 0. 000 4 μg·mL^-1 Sereral electrochemical methods were used to study the properties of the wave . It proved to be an adsorptive wave of the complex of Yttrium. The electrode process was an irreversible redox one, and the number of electron transfer was 2. The effects of many ions on the peak current were tested . The proposed method was used to determine trace Yttrium in tea.
