涡凹气浮在炼油污水处理中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了涡凹气浮在扬子石化炼油厂污水处理装置中的应用情况,并通过涡凹气浮和溶气气浮实际运用的对比,说明炼油污水处理采用涡凹气浮,能够满足出水水质指标要求;且与溶气气浮相比,涡凹气浮具有节省投资和占地、节能降耗、减轻操作强度的优点。The characteristic of cavitation air flotation and its application in the waste treatment station of Yangtze Refinery were introduced. Comparison was made between cavitation air flotation and dissolved air floatation in detail. The running results showed that besides better meeting the quality requirement of outlet water, the former had the advantages of lower investment, smaller land occupation, less energy consumption and more labor-saving than the later.
