摘　　要：喉癌组织雄激素和雌激素受体的测定王明运１于雪艳２徐松德２胡晓燕２吴湘云２（１卫生部耳鼻喉科重点实验室２山东医科大学生物化学教研室）内容提要测定了２０例男性患者喉癌组织的雄激素受体（ＡＲ）和雌激素受体（ＥＲ）。测ＥＲ时，６５％（１３／２０）为阳性，３...Estrogen receptor(ER) and androgen receptor (AR) was measured in 20 laryngeal carcinous specimens of male patients. In the ER assays, 65%(13/20) was positive, 30%(6/20) was negative. In the AR assays, 30%(6/20) was positive, 65% (13/20) was negative. However, the receptor concentration was relatively low (ER: 1. 2± 0. 3pmol/g protein, AR : 0. 9±0. 16 pmol/g protein). Both ER and AR were undetectable in two cases. In addition, both receptors were identified in one case, although their levels were very low. This data suggested that most laryngeal carcinomas lost AR but got ER at the same time, Perhaps the estrogen was concerned in the cancerization of some laryngeal tissue.
