摘 要:随着工业生产的迅速发展和生活水平的提高,工业设备的污染物排放(特别是大气污染物排放)日益成为国内外关注的焦点。为了提高旋风除尘器的性能,可利用高压静电技术将旋风除尘器改造成静电旋风除尘器。通过建立实验系统,对静电旋风除尘器中三种不同的电晕极布置方式进行了实验研究,并分析比较了其伏安特性以及电晕极布置方式对除尘器的除尘效率、分级除尘效率和压力损失的影响。实验结果表明,所研究电晕极中的一种不但可显著提高除尘效率,还使除尘器压力损失约降低30%,是一种新型的高效减阻电晕极,具有很大的应用和发展前景。With the rapid development of industrial production and improvement of living conditions, environmental pollution brought about by emissions of atmospheric pollutants has been an increasingly concerning problem across the world. To enhance the performance of cyclone dust collectors commonly used in medium-and small-scale industrial plants, a cyclone dust collector was retrofitted into an electrostatic cyclone(ESC) by adding a high-voltage electrostatic field in the cyclone body. In this presentation, experimental investigations were conducted using three different types of discharge electrodes in an ESC. The voltage-current characteristics and the effects of the discharge-electrode configurations on collection efficiency, fractional collection efficiency and pressure drop were investigated and compared, in order to find a better discharge electrode for ESCs. One of the discharge electrodes showed prominent excellence in the augmentation of collection efficiency while decreasing pressure loss, thus boasting a promising future and great application potential.
