摘　　要：根据测试需要,设计自制了分体式碳刷集流环,对灯泡贯流式水轮发电机转子辐板进行了动应力测试.结果表明,动态测试过程稳定,所设计和制造的集流环完全满足试验要求,测试数据可以用于结构载荷谱的编制和疲劳寿命分析.A separated collecting ring with carbon brushes was designed and manufactured for the dynamic stress test of spoke plates of rotor of bulb tubular turbine generator. The tested results showed that the collecting ring could be used for the dynamic stress test successfully and the experimental data would be used for determining load spectrum and analyzing fatigue life of spoke plate.
