摘　　要：从促进教风建设、学风建设,以及提高学生的综合素质等三个方面阐述了新形势下加强考试建设的重要性;并提出加强考试建设的具体措施,即完善考试管理制度、严格考试管理,进行考试内容、方式、方法改革,提高监考教师队伍的素质,开展行之有效的思想教育工作。This article elaborates the importance of strengthening examination construction under the new situation on three aspects： promoting style of teaching dent＇s comprehensive quality. The authors also and style of study construction as well as improving the stustruction, namely improving the examination management system, making strict examination management, reforming the examination content, form, and method, enhancing the quality of the invigilators and conducting effective ideological education.
