摘  要:为了使分析方法应用于火电厂热力系统经济性分析评价和在线监测中,对火电厂热力系统经济性分析评价进行更加全面合理,寻找提高经济性的有效途径,基于加热器热交换过程中的平衡关系分析,得出了火电厂回热系统各级加热器平衡方程组,并在此基础上,经数学推导,得到了与回热系统特征密切对应的矩阵方程。该方程组的增广矩阵各元素有明显的规律性,对于给定回热系统,可以直接写出矩阵方程。解该矩阵方程可得到符合平衡关系的各级回热加热器抽汽系数,并在此基础上求得各级加热器的效率,从而简化了运用分析方法求解抽汽系数的过程。利用矩阵方程结合锅炉、汽轮机等设备的分析,可以建立火电厂热力系统分析通用数学模型。In order to apply the exergy analytic method to economic evaluation and on-line supervision of the thermal system of power plants, to analyse and evaluate the economy of the system more comprehensive and more reasonable and to seek the most effective way to reduce the consumption, based oa the exergy equilibrium of heat exchangers, the equations set of the heaters of a thermal system is obtained. Through appropriate mathematic deduction, a exergy matrix equation is obtained, the elements of the augmented matrix have obvious regularity and can be understand easily, Then the steam extraction coefficients can be got by solving the equation, furthermore the exevgy efficiency of the heaters. So the calculation procedure can be simplified. With the equation, combined with exergy analysis of boilers and turbines, a universal model of exergy analysis of power plants can be established.
