摘　　要：目的:研究EBV阳性胃癌中潜伏基因产物EBV编码的小RNA(EBER1)及潜伏膜蛋白LM P1的表达状况。方法:原位杂交法检测胃癌患者石蜡包埋组织标本中EBER1;免疫组化法检测EBV阳性胃癌中LM P1。结果:217例胃癌患者癌组织标本中检测到23例EBER 1;EBV阳性胃癌中无潜伏感染膜蛋白LM P1表达。结论:EBV阳性胃癌中缺乏潜伏感染膜蛋白LM P1的表达。Objective：To investigate the expression of EBER1 and LMP1 in gastric carcinoma patients of EBV Infections . Methods： EBER1 in 217 cases of gastric carcinoma was detected with In Situ Hybridization . Then, EBV positive cases were selected for analysis of the expression level of LMP1 by immunohistochemistry. Results： In 217 cases of gastric carcinoma, there were EBER1 positive 23 cases; The expressiones of LMP1 in EBV positive gastric carcinoma were not detected. Conclusions： There was no LMP1 expression in EBV positive Gastric carcinoma.
