摘　　要：以开发与实践为背景，应用系统工程思想把信息流概念引入了ＭＩＳ，阐明了影响和制约信息流表征的若干因素、讨论了界面原型法下结构系统设计过程中的若干做法和思考，导出了一种面向应用的ＭＩＳ开发方法．the article is on development and practice for the country railway items.Information flow ofsystem engineering's concept is Introduced Into MIS. There are several factor for interfering and condition the information flow expressed ,it are what we have to take into formulation.From boundary face prototyping approach,we formulate several doing method and consideration in the structured system design of information flow.The fall article introduced a development method of MIS.
