摘　　要：结合一个实际项目介绍了城市规划监督管理系统的设计与实现,具体讨论了系统的结构设计与功能划分,以及在实现过程中涉及的关键技术,包括Oracle Spatial的空间数据的存储方式和在VB中使用OO4O访问Oracle Spatial数据库的方法。The design and implementation of a management system for supervision of urban planning based on oracle spatial are introduced in connection with a practical project.The system structure design and system function division, and key technology in the realization including storage model of spatial data and method of using 0040 to access Oracle Spatial database in Visual Basic are discussed.
