XT-1800i血液分析仪对形态异常细胞报警的评价

摘　　要：目的评估XT-1800i血液分析仪对异常细胞报警的可信度。方法对XT-1800i血液分析仪提示有异常细胞报警的标本进行手工涂片、瑞氏染色、显微镜油镜复检。结果以手工涂片、染色显微镜油镜复检为金标准,XT-1800i血液分析仪对异常细胞报警的灵敏度为98.32%,特异性为78.23%。阳性预测值为80.14%,阴性预测值为98.20%。结论对XT-1800i血液分析仪显示异常细胞报警的标本都应该进行涂片、染色和显微镜复检。Objective To evaluate cell morphologic abnormalities warning system XT- 1800i hematology analyzer. Methods Manual stained differentiations of morphologic abnormal samples were performed. Results The analyzer test showed the sensitivity of cell morphologic abnormalities warning was 98.32 %, the specificity was 78.23 %, the positive predictive value was 80.14 % and the negative predictive value was 98.20%. Conclusion The sample show abnormal by the XT- 1800i hematology analyzer must be manually differentiated.
