OBSERVATION ON BASOPHIL RELEASABILITY AND TOTAL IgE IN FUNGUS-ALLERGIC ASTHMA

摘  要:为寻找更多的效应细胞作为癌肿特异性过继免疫治疗的初始淋巴细胞来源,研究比较了原发性乳腺癌17例肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)及腋窝引流淋巴结(DLN)T淋巴细胞在小剂量重组白细胞介素-2和自体灭活肿瘤细胞联合体外培养下的扩增情况、T淋巴细胞表型分析及特异性抗肿瘤细胞毒活性作用。结果表明,DLN可获得较TIL更多的初始T淋巴细胞亚群,其T淋巴细胞表型和特异性细胞毒活性作用与TIL基本相同。DLN可作为一种新的效应细胞为癌肿特异性过继免疫治疗提供细胞来源。By the methods of reverse human basophil degranulation test and immunoradiation, anti-IgE-mediated basophil releasability and total IgE in serum were investigated in 28 cases of fungus allergic asthma and 50 normal subjects. The experimental results showed that basophil releasability by anti-IgE and total IgE in fungus-allergic asthma were significantly higher than that of normal subjects(P<0. 001 , P<0. 005 respectively). The anti-IgE-mediated basophil releasability and total IgE in serum after one year's desensitization with fungus allergen were markedly lower than before in fungus-allergic asthma(P< 0. 001 respectively). However, the basophil releasability by anti-IgE was not significantly correlation with total IgE in fungus-allergic asthma(r= 0. 320, P> 0. 05 ). These resuits suggest that desensitization with fungus allergen can stabilize the function of basophils and regulate the synthesis of IgE in vivo in fungus allergic asthma.
