摘  要:目的分析DNA-PKcs、bcl-2、cyclin G在星形细胞瘤中的表达与肿瘤分化及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法对54例脑原发性星形细胞瘤中DNA-PKcs、bcl-2、cyclin G的表达进行检测,对其中41例取得随访资料的肿瘤患者存活因素进行分析。结果DNA-PKcs、bcl-2表达在星形细胞瘤,间变型星形细胞瘤和多形性胶质母细胞瘤中有显著性差异。星形细胞瘤中DNA-PKcs、bcl-2、cyclin G表达率分别为90.74%,75.93%,62.96%。DNA-PKcs、bcl-2、cyclin G表达标记指数随着肿瘤恶性程度的增加而逐渐增高。三者标记指数高的肿瘤预后差。结论DNA-PKcs、bcl-2、cyclin G过度表达与星形细胞瘤分化和预后密切相关,能够客观的反映肿瘤增生分化和恶性程度,可以作为判断星形细胞瘤分化和预后有价值的参考指标。Objective To study the relationship between expression of DNA-PKcs, bcl-2,cyclin G and cell differentiation and prognosis in astrocytoma. Methods Expression of DNA-PKcs,bcl-2, cyclin G in 54 cases of brain primary astrocytoma was enaluated with immunohistochernistry S-P method. Among 41 cases of tumor with follow-up date, surviving factors were analysed. Results The expression of DNA-PKcs,bcl-2 in astrocytomas,anaplastic astrocytomas,gliblastoma showing a significant difference among the three groups. The expression of DNA-PKcs, bcl-2, cyclin G in tumor was 90.74 %, 75.93 %, 62.96 %. The expression of DNA-PKcs, bcl-2,cyclin G labeling index was significantly higher in tumor showed bad prognosis. Conclusion The over-expression of DNA- PKcs, bcl-2,cyclin G is closely associated with cell differentiation and prognosis of the astrocytomas and which can objectively relect tumor proliferation,differentiation and the degree of malignancy. The expression of DNA-PKcs, bcl-2, cyclin G can be used as an indicater for the determination of differentiation and prognosis of astrocytomas.
