E26转录因子-1在葡萄膜黑色素瘤中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨E26转录因子-1(E26transformation-specific-1,Ets-1)在不同类型葡萄膜黑色素瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测78例葡萄膜黑色素瘤中Ets-1的表达,并按WHO1980年的标准进行分型:梭型细胞型,类上皮细胞型和混合细胞型。结果78例中,梭型细胞型21例,类上皮细胞型34例,混合细胞型23例。Ets-1在3种类型的葡萄膜黑色素瘤中均有表达,但表达强度梭型细胞型,混合细胞型和类上皮细胞型依次递增。回访37例患者,其中梭型细胞型18例,平均生存时间为(78.33±14.21)月,混合细胞型10例,平均生存时间为(69.07±17.36)月,类上皮细胞型9例,平均生存时间为(36.76±12.19)月。患者生存时间与Ets-1表达强度呈负相关。结论在葡萄膜黑色素瘤中Ets-1表达与肿瘤类型相关,其表达与肿瘤的恶性程度呈正相关,Ets-1的检测可作为葡萄膜黑色素瘤恶性程度的参考指标。Objective To study the expression of Ets-1 in different types of uveal melanoma. Methods The immunohistorchemistry （streptomycin avidin-biotinperoxidase complex SP） was used to detect the protein expression of Ets-1 in 78 eases of uveal melanoma. Typing the uveal melanoma according to the standard of WHO of 1980：the shuttle type ceils, paraepithelial cells and mixed cells. Results Among 78 cases, the shuttle type cells 21 eases, paraepithelial cells 34 eases, mixed cells 23 eases. Ets-1mRNA and protein expressed all in three types of uveal melanoma, its expression became stronger according to the shuttle type ceils, mixed cells and paraepithelial cells. Conclusion Ets-imay takes important role in uveal melanoma＇s metastasis and infiltration, the testing of Ets-1 can be a reference factor of the uveal melanoma＇s malignancy degree.
