视觉眼电图的正确判读

摘　　要：目的探讨视觉眼电图各项参数与眼别、性别、年龄的关系,探索敏感判读指标,为正确判读视觉眼电图提供参考。方法用视觉眼电图(EOG)分别检测正常组和患者组。正常组包括36例30-45岁正常成人和49例5-14岁正常儿童,患者组为18例内因性前部葡萄膜炎患者。对正常组EOG的8项参数与眼别、性别及年龄进行相关性分析。按EOG不同参数对患者组进行判读,比较异常率。结果(1)正常成人EOG各项参数左右眼间、男女性别间均无差异,正常成人组光峰电位(LPP)、暗谷电位(DTP)、基值电位(BP)、电位差值(PD)四项参数高于儿童组。(2)LPP+ Arden比及DTP+Arden比两种联合方式的异常率明显高于单项参数的异常率。结论(1)成人EOG电位幅值性参数高于儿童。(2)联合多项参数判读EOG能提高阳性率,提升EOG的临床实用价值。Objective To search the relationship between the parameters of EOG and allo-eye, sex and age. To explore the sensitive index that can improve the correct reading of EOG. Methods Normals and patients were detected by EOG. Normal group included 36 adults from 30 to 45 years old and 49 children from 5 to 14 years of age, patient group were 18 endogenetic anterior uveitis . The correlation between the parameters of EOG and allo-eye,sex and age was analyzed. The abnormal rate was analyzed according to different parameters of EOG. Results The parameters of EOG in normal adult are no difference between the fight and left eyes as well as sexes. The LPP, DTP, BP and PD of normal adult is superior to the children＇s. The anormal rate of LPP ＋Arden rate and DTP ＋Arden rate is superior to the monoparameter＇s. Conclusion The electrical values of EOG parameters in normal adult is higher than in children. The positive rate will be improved by combine multi- parameter of EOG.
