摘 要:结合六西格玛设计模式的研究和应用实际,探讨六西格玛设计和六西格玛改进的关系,并以六西格玛设计中的IDDOV五阶段为基础,论述六西格玛设计的基本流程、流程中各阶段所用的主要工具以及各阶段的实施成果,介绍六西格玛设计辅助数字化平台的开发与研究的现状,指出企业在实施六西格玛设计时应注意的一些问题。有助于我国企业科学地认识和成功地实施六西格玛设计。In association with the research and application practice of 6σde-sign mode, relationship between 6σdesign and 6σimprovement is discussed. On the basis of IDDOV, which is the five initial letters from five stages in 6σdesign, basic procedure of 6σdesign, main tools used in every stage of the procedure and implementation re-sults of every stage are expatiated. Development for an auxiliary digital platform in 6σdesign and present research situation are de-scribed. Some precautions to be noted when enterprises implement 6σdesign are pointed out, which is helpful for domestic manufac-turers to scientifically realize and successfully apply 6σdesign.
