摘  要:根据电力市场化经济发展的需要,从降低供电企业经营风险,提高企业经营效益的根本目标出发,阐述了建立电力客户信用评级体系的必要性和紧迫性。并从管理标准的建立和技术实现两个方面讨论了建立客户信用评级体系的可行性,提出了基于电力营销G IS的客户信用评级初步框架。论述了这一体系的建立对提高管理水平的意义。The necessity and urgency of building up an electric power client's credit grading system was discussed in order to meet the demand for electric power market - oriented economy developing trends, to decrease the operating risk and promote economic profit for a power supply enterprise. The feasibility of building up a client~ credit grading system was also investigated in both setting up management standard and fulfilling technically, a primary frame of client's credit grading system based on power marketing GIS was presented and the significance of promoting management level with the system's support was also discussed in the paper.
