摘　　要：目的通过对医疗疗效的评价和分析,提高治愈率。方法运用Ridit分析法评价医院疗效质量,分析收治病种的变化情况,发现影响疗效质量的主要因素。结果通过对10年疗效进行评价,后5年的治疗质量要比前5年低,主要原因在于易治愈病种的构成比降低,治愈率低的疑难病例构成比升高。结论通过规范治疗流程,建立病种质检平台,努力提高医疗技术水平,保证充足的病源,达到稳定治愈率的目的。Objective To improve ratio of healing by analysis and evaluation of curative effect. Methods Discovering the main factor of influencing curative effect by Ridit analysis. Results Curative quality of later 5 years is lower than that of former 5 years. The main reason is that the ratio of difficulty case is higher in later 5 years than that of former 5 years. Conclusion To stabilize the ratio of healing by criterion curative flow, medical quality control platform should be established and the level of curative techniques be improved.
