摘　　要：本文对我国新闻研究现状做了理性的评析,从宏观和微观两个层面指出,由于新闻学对法学的误读,由此产生了新闻学与法学融合中的裂缝,并最终导致了新闻法学对法学的背离。文章列举了新闻法学在体系化方面的三种缺失类型以及新闻法定位在法律与道德二者之间的摇摆,进而从法学专业的角度提出新闻法学研究的新路径。This paper analyses the current situation of journalism studies in China and observes from both macro and microcosmic angles that due to the misunderstanding between the journalism and the law, there is a gap between the two, which leads to their deviation.
