摘　　要：对于高校学报而言,学术质量是最根本的,而栏目的策划是提高学报质量的重要环节和有效手段,栏目设置能够显示出刊物的基调和风格,从而在高校学报特色展现中具有首要的不可替代的作用。科学地思维、预测、筹划及创新实践栏目策划的各个环节,是保证高校学报展示其个性、彰显其优势、突出专业特色的重要途径。而在其特色展现的过程中我们又必须坚持一定原则,只有这样才能保证刊物的质量和方向,为此,在栏目策划过程中我们要坚持符合办刊宗旨、适应时代发展、满足市场需要和体现个性原则。For the Journals of Colleges and Universities, the scholarly quality is the first, but the editor＇s planning is an effective means to improve the quality of journals, the column can unfold before our eyes the mood and style, so it has an indelible contribution in journals＇ distinguishing feature develo- ping. It is the guarantee to scientific thinking, scientific predicting, scientific planning and preparing and being hold in putting things into practice and blazing new trails. During the course, we must have a strong sense of principle, that is conforming to aim, according with the times, satisfying the needs of the market and embodying the individuality.
