摘　　要：随着计算机技术的飞速发展,近年来,中文网络信息资源迅速增长,它们是中华文化遗产的一部分,理应得到保存。本文通过对中文网络信息资源保存的意义及其保存现状的分析,揭示中文网络信息资源保存面临的几个主要问题,并提出作者的一点浅见与思考,包括:中文网络信息资源的采集策略、法律、资金、组织与管理机制、中文网络信息档案馆建设等问题。With the rapid development of computer technology, in recent years, Chinese Web information resources have been growing quickly, which Should be properly preserved as an indispensable part of Chinese cultural heritage. In this article, the author firstly introduces the status on preservation of Chinese Web information resources. Then he uncov＇ers some main challenges on preserving Chinese Web information resources, such as strategies of collection, copyright, Iunds, organizational and managerial mechanism, and construction of Chinese Web Archives. Lastly the author gives some ideas on these Challenges.
