B样条曲面在重载齿轮修形中的应用

摘　　要：在测得轮齿端面和齿顶的有关数据的基础上,根据B样条曲线、曲面理论对齿轮的齿面进行修形,并利用有限元法对其接触强度进行了分析,得到齿面接触应力的分布规律。通过与未对齿面进行修形时的接触应力对比发现,利用B样条曲面对齿面进行修形后一端接触现象得到改善。Based on the base line and the vertex of the gear teeth, the prolief relief is built vdth the B-spline hyperpatch , After analysing on the contact stress on it with the finite element method, the contact stress trend on working tooth surface is obviously seen. Through contrasting the contact stress on the working tooth weather relief, the contact inclining toward a side is amended after relieve the prolief.
