摘  要:为研究红光和远红光间断暗期对光敏感雌性不育苎麻(PFSR)物质代谢的影响,在短日照(10h/d)处理的暗期进行红光(600—690nm)和远红光(700—790nm)间断暗期处理,并测定叶片和雌蕾的可溶性糖和蛋白质含量以及碳氮比.结果表明:红光间断暗期诱导的败育株雌蕾的可溶性糖和蛋白质含量远低于远红光间断诱导的可育株;在败育期的雌蕾中,可溶性糖和蛋白质含量所构成的碳氮比(C/N)较高;而红光和远红光间断暗期处理株叶片的上述指标均没有明显差别.说明红光间断暗期诱导雌性败育与物质代谢或转运障碍有关,且PFSR雌性发育伴随较低的C/N比.In order to explore the effect of red light (R) or far red light (FR) dark-breaking on substance metabolism of photoperiod-sensitive female sterile ramie [ Boehmeria nivea (L.) Gaud. ] (PFSR),the dark phase of short-day treatment (14h dark/day) of PFSR was broken with R (600--690nm) and FR (700-790nm) illumination. The contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and carbon nitrogen ratio ( C/N ratio) were determined. The result showed that the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the buds of sterile plants with R-breaking were much lower than that of fertile plants with FR-breaking, and the C/N ratio of soluble sugar to soluble protein was higher than that of fertile plants with FR-breaking. But the differences of these indexes in leaves were not obvious. These indicated that female-fertile induction of R- breaking was related to substance metabolism or transport disturbance, and female-development was accompanied by lower C/N ratio.
