终身体育观指导下大学体育教学改革的思考

摘　　要：在总结经验的基础上,认为实现终身体育的教育目的是:建立立体的思维方式,以积极的态度全面实行选项课教学改革,增大体育投入,合理配置教育资源,积极推动学生体育社团建设,创造终身体育良好氛围。On the basis of experience, thinking method must be established to achieve the education aim of lifelong sports. We must put the teaching reform fuUly into practice along with highly positive attitude. Meanwhile, We should create proper atmosphere for lifelong sport conception.
