中外券商退出机制比较分析

摘　　要：2002年以来,我国有20多家券商因为各种原因而退出市场,引发了证券市场的不安与震荡,本文对国内券商的退出进行了详细的分析与探究,对比国外成熟市场的成功做法,指出构建券商市场化退出机制是完善我国券商退出机制的关键,并就构建国内券商市场化退出机制的内容和配套机制设计提出了相关建议。More than twenty securities firms have quitted for lots of reasons since 2002 in Chinese securities market, this has caused Chinese securities market in a state of uneasiness. The paper did a detailed research on this problem, and compared successful experience of foreign countries, pointed out that the key way to perfect securities firms quit mechanism of our country is to design a market orientation quit mechanism. At last, this paper gave some advices for how to design a market orientation quit mechanism for Chinese securities firms.
