摘　　要：当前金融犯罪大案要案大幅度上升,跨区域作案突出,涉外案件增多,作案手段呈多样化、隐蔽化,危害严重。金融犯罪的法律控制是一项系统工程,包括体制预防、立法预防、综合预防等。At present, financial crimes in our country become increasingly intense, which causes great economical loss, destroy the normal financial order, threatens the healthy development of the finance industry and affects the perfection of the market economy. So it is necessary to study its characteristics and analyse its causes to find feasible counter - measures to prevent and control such kind of crimes.
