摘　　要：目的分析LASIK过程中并发症发生的原因并提出相应的预防处理措施。方法应用SchwindSupratome微型角膜刀和LasersightLSX型准分子激光对672例1298眼行LASIK,记录术中并发症及处理措施。结果术中并发症有:游离角膜瓣3眼,角膜瓣形成不全4眼,角膜血管翳出血23眼,结膜下出血506眼,角膜瓣位置偏离10眼,薄角膜瓣2眼,角膜层间异物残留36眼,激光手术过程中激光停止发射16眼。术中影响手术效果的并发症处理后,安全完成了手术。结论LASIK治疗近视是安全有效的方法,另外手术技巧的提高和熟练掌握机器的性能将有助于减少并发症、增加手术的安全性。Objective To analyze the complications of excimer laser in sttu keratomileusts（LASIK） in the treatment of myopia and its countermeasure. Methodss LASIK was performed on 672 patients （1 298 eyes） with Schwind Supratome and Lasersight LSX exctmer laser, the complications and its countermeasure were recorded. Results The complications included free corneal cap （3 eyes）, Incomplete corneal cap （4 eyes）,corneal limbal vascular pannus bleeding （23 eyes）, subconjunctival hemorrahage （506 eyes）, decentral flap （10 eyes）, thin flap （2 eyes）, corneal interface foreign bodies （36 eyes）, stop of laser during the operation （16 eye.s）. Conclusion LASIK has been demonstrated to be a safe and effective way in correcting the ametropia, furthermore, the development of the ophthalmologist＇ s techniques and of mastering the machine manipulation is helpful in reducing the complications and increasing the safety of the LASIK.
