摘　　要：牛磺酸生物学作用广泛,具有保护血管内皮,抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖,抗氧化,促进高脂血症动物模型的胆固醇代谢和排泄,抑制血管钙化,抗凝血等多种作用。现就最近的研究对其抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制作一综述。Taurine has a wide array of biological actions. It helps protect vascular endothelium, inhibits proliferation of aortic smooth muscle cells, is an anti-oxidant, and inhibits angiostenosis and anti-coagulated blood. It can enhance metabolism and eccrisis of cholesterol in animal models of hyperlipemia. This article reviews recent progress of research into the anti-atherosclerosis mechanism of taurine.
