拮抗菌株LNPCT-1生长条件的考察

摘　　要：主要考察了具有拮抗作用的地衣芽孢杆菌LNPCT-1的最适生长条件。实验表明:LNPCT-1菌的最适生长培养基为:牛肉膏0.3%、胰蛋白胨1.0%、NaCl0.5%、赖氨酸0.05%、水100%,最适生长温度为35℃,培养基的初始pH为7.0,摇瓶转速为150r/min;LNPCT-1菌为好氧菌,所以在摇瓶培养时要尽量采用较小装量,实验所采用的装量为50mL培养基装入500mL三角瓶中,该菌的种龄为18～21h。This experiment mainly investigated the most suitable growth condition of the Bacillus licheniformis LNPCT-1. The results indicate that： the most suitable culture medium of LNPCT-1 is： The beef cream is 0.3%, the proteose peptone is 1.0%, NaCl 0.5%, the lysine is 0.05%, the water is 100%, the most suitable growth temperature is 35%, the initial pH of the culture medium is 7.0, the rotate speed of the circuit surge implement is 150r/min, LNPCT-1 is oxybiontic, so in the experiment, adopt the smaller charge while shaking cultivate, this experiment adopt packs 50mL culture medium into the 500mL bottle, the age of it is 18-21hours.
