摘  要:通过静态吸附的方法初步探讨了巴戟天粗多糖在ConASepharose4B亲和填料上的吸附特性。结果表明,在ConASepharose4B亲和吸附巴戟天粗多糖的过程中,随着溶液的离子强度和pH值的增加,平衡吸附量均先增加后减小,其最佳吸附条件是NaCl浓度0.1mol/L、pH7.5;此外,根据Langmuir模型得出了巴戟天粗多糖在ConA填料上的最大静态吸附量qm为9.58mg/g、表观解离常数Kd为3.43mg/g和吸附速率常数K为0.144mg/h。研究为巴戟天粗多糖的亲和分离提供了基础数据。The affinity adsorption properties of Morinda officinalis How crude polysaccharides using ConA Sephorose 4B were investigated through static experiments. The results indicate that the static adsorption equilibrium capacity is first increased and then decreased for the increase of iron-strength and pH value. The optimum conditions of adsorption were obtained, The optimum iron-strength (NaCI concentration) and pH value were 0.1mol/L and 7,5 respectively. Furthermore, the maxium static adsorption capacity qm, dissociation constant Kd and absorption rate K were calculated according to Langmuir model. The qm is 9.58mg/g, Kd is 3.43mg/g, and K is 0.144mg/h. All these results will provide basic data for the research of the crude MOP affinity separation.
