摘 要:研究并比较了皇竹草Soda-AQ与KP-AQ法蒸煮制浆综合性能,得出了两种蒸煮方法主要蒸煮工艺参数用碱量A、最高温度C、保温时间T、硫化度S与浆料得率Y和卡伯价K间的回归方程。较佳蒸煮条件和结果分别为A17%、C158℃、T20min、Y49.96%、K15.2和A18%、C160℃、T30min、S15%、Y51.54%、K13.9;两种浆CEpH法均能漂至白度>82%ISO;蒸煮、漂白浆料纤维长度分布小于等于100目的>80%~85%;打浆度43、42°SR时,撕裂指数7.5、7.2mN·m2/g,耐破指数3.28、3.10kPa·m2/g,裂断长5.22、5.17km;两种蒸煮方法均较好地适用于皇竹草,但综合前者更优。A comparison of the comprehensive performance of Soda-AQ and KP-AQ cooking and pulping of hybrid giant napier was made. The results show that: the regression equations of the major cooking technological parameters such as the alkali charge A ( Na2O in %), the maximum temperature C (℃), holding time T(min), sulphidity S (%) and the pulp yield Y (%) and Kappa number K in the Soda-AQ and KPAQ cooking processes are respectively Y=-10^4.807/(A ^0.192 T^ 0.007 C ^1.305), K=10^7. 758/(A ^1. 388 T^ 0. 088 C ^2.174) and Y=10^3.194 S ^ 0.004/ (A^ 0. 162 C ^0. 578 T^ 0.003), K= 10^5. 985/( S ^0. 007 A^ 0. 591 C ^1.721 T^ 0.141 ); the preferred conditions of cooking and result were respectively A17%, C158℃, T20min, Y49.96%, K15.2 and A18%, C160℃, T30min, S15%, Y51.54%, K13.9,CEpH process can both bleach the pulp to higher than 82 %ISO in brightness; For the cooked and bleached pulp, fiber with the length distribution over 100- mesh can be more than 80%- 85%; At the beating degree of 42 and 43°SR, the tear index was 7.5, 7.2mN. m^2/g, the bursting index was 3.28, 3.10kPa. m/g, and the breaking length was 5.22, 517km; The two methods can both be applicable to hybrid giant napier but KP-AQ process is better as a whole.
