摘　　要：文中对２７例喉全切除后安装Ｂｌｏｍ－Ｓｉｎｇｅｒ发音管的临床资料进行了分析讨论。除３例失访外，随访到的２４例中２２例获得满意的语言效果，成功率为９１．６６％（２２／２４）无一例发生误咽等不良后果，表明本法简单、安全、有效，并介绍了术中及术后的注意事项。We have conducted clinical analysis and discussion of 27 patients who have been installed Blom Singer voice tubule after total laryngectomy.During our followup 3 cases were not available,and 22 of the rest 24 have obtained satisfactory vocal effect.The success rate is 91.66%(22/24).Of all the cases,none of them has tracheoesophageal fistula and other adverse effects.These findings show that this method is not only simple,but also safe and effective.We have also disscussed some points which should be paid attention to during and after the operation.
