摘 要:目的探讨颅内压升高时经颅多普勒(TCD)参数与颅内压(ICP)、脑灌注压(CPP)的相关性。方法采用硬膜外球囊注水法制作急性局灶性颅内高压动物模型,持续监测ICP、CPP及TCD各参数。结果ICP、CPP与TCD参数有密切的相关关系。ICP与Vs、Vd、Vm均呈负直线回归关系,ICP与R I呈正直线回归关系,而与PI呈正指数回归关系。CPP与Vs、Vd、Vm均呈正直线回归关系,CPP与R I呈负直线回归关系,而与PI呈负指数回归关系。结论根据TCD参数能够半定量地判断颅内压和脑灌注压。The animal model with acute intracranial hypertension was made by epidural balloon affusion. Blood flow velocity was measured with TCD, and ICP as well as CPP were measured constantly. Results TCD parameters showed a significant correlation with ICP and CPP. There were negative linear correlations among ICP and Vs, Vd, Vm. RI was linear related to ICP, and PI was exponential related to ICP. There were linear correlations among CPP and Vs, Vd, Vm. RI was negatively linear related to CPP, and PI shows a negative exponential correlation with CPP. Conclusion Analysing parameters of TCD may be helpful for evaluating ICP and CPP half-quantitatively.
