军校医学生生活事件发生的特点分析

摘　　要：目的了解军校医学生生活事件发生的特点,为开展军校医学生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法使用自编军校医学生生活事件量表(LES),对4788名军校医学生进行调查。结果军校医学生生活事件总均分为0.88±0.54;男生的生活事件总均分及各因子分均高于女生,独生与非独生子女的人际因子和挫折因子具有显著性差异;总应激值居前3位的生活事件依次为“看到不正之风”、“学习负担过重”、“学习考试失败或不理想”。结论军校医学生生活事件中学习问题和适应问题是最主要的应激因素。Objective To study the features.of life events in military medical students. Methods 4642 military medical students were evaluated with self-made Life Event Scale（LES）to military medical students. Results The general average .score of life events was 0.88±0. 54. The score of general average and its each factor Were higher in male students than that in female students. In interpersonal factor arid frustration factor, there were significant difference between only children and non-only Children students. Conclusion Learning problems and adaptation are the main stressful life events military medical students.
